Shipping Information

All items are made to order and carefully produced once your purchase is placed.

Order Processing
Orders typically process within 2–5 business days before shipping. Because items are custom-made, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.

Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and include both production and shipping time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delays & Carrier Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control. If your order seems delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can assist.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size or color selected

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Fit preferences

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, the original item does not need to be returned.

Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and provide next steps.

Returned to Sender / Address Issues

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or because it was unclaimed, we’ll reach out to coordinate reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
